Cabins, Campsites, Hotels and B&B's
Foxfire Ranch is located in Waterford, Mississippi, just off of Hwy 7 between Holly Springs (10 miles to the north) and Oxford (20 miles to the south).
Foxfire On-Site Housing
Foxfire currently has two cabins on site that can accommodate those comfortable with living family style for the weekend. The cabins always sell out fast so don't wait to book!
Onsite VIP Cabin A: Contains two queen-size beds , air conditioning and space for 3 - 4 guests (in a shared bed scenario).
Cost: $125 per night
Onsite VIP Cabin B: Contains two queen-size bunk beds with air conditioning, and a large cabin space shared with 3 other attendees.
Cost Per VIP Bunk: $75 per person per night
Due to limited availability the cabin beds will be booked on a first come first served basis. So organize yourselves accordingly and let us know what you want to do. Please note that the restrooms and showers are located by the main pavilion and are not attached to either cabin.
Foxfire On-Site Camping
Cost: $45 per person (payable upon registration)
The camping fee is higher ($60 per person) for those who do not sign up ahead of time.
Foxfire Ranch offers ample primitive campsites across the 80-acre property. The camping areas will open at 12pm noon on Thursday (May 16) and will close by noon on Monday (May 20). The camping fee covers a 4-night stay on the grounds.
The main campground is a large, flat, grassy area that is somewhat secluded and is a two-minute walk from the stage. Additionally, new spaces are being cleared and prepared in anticipation of your arrival. There is also parking space in this upper area for those with campers.
Please note, this is primitive camping! We recommend bringing a tarp, sunscreen and bug spray. There are NO electrical hookups. But there are clean, serviceable men's and women's bathrooms up at the pavilion, and a couple of outdoor showers (we will be adding more showers for HCH weekend).
Finally, those who choose to camp on-site should prepare for the inevitable late night jam sessions after the “formal” program has concluded each day. There is also a full moon taking place that Saturday evening of the clinic, so there ain’t no telling how inspired you harpsuckers might get! We do not have a “quiet-time” policy, although we'll encourage after-hours jammers to congregate up at the pavilion if there are objections from on-site campers who would prefer to sleep.
